1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the meritbet website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the meritbet Platform.

By registering a meritbet account, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.

• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of meritbet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the meritbet Platform or any affiliated platform.

meritbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of meritbet services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one meritbet account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your meritbet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. meritbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify meritbet immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• Account Verification: meritbet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

meritbet supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. meritbet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing Times: meritbet aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours.
• Currency: All transactions on the meritbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
• Fees: meritbet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which meritbet accepts no responsibility.
• Declined Transactions: meritbet reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of applicable law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

meritbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. meritbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games or game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• meritbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honored subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the meritbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Opening or operating more than one meritbet account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such bugs must be reported to meritbet immediately.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the meritbet Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing meritbet staff or other players.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your meritbet account.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the meritbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of meritbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the meritbet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any meritbet content without the prior written consent of meritbet.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, meritbet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, system errors, or interruptions in service.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

meritbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your meritbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Responsible Gaming

meritbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• meritbet is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. It is a violation of these Terms for any person under 21 to register or use the Platform.
• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods through their account settings. meritbet encourages all players to make use of these tools.
• Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period. Players who wish to permanently close their account may do so by contacting meritbet support.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

meritbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Where meritbet determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon account closure, meritbet will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

meritbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the meritbet Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

meritbet implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and meritbet cannot guarantee absolute data security.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to meritbet's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

13 Amendments to These Terms

meritbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, meritbet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the meritbet Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting meritbet support.
